The Email Exchange is, as the name suggests, a straightforward service. I will exchange your existing Business to Business (B2B) email contacts for as many new and appropriate email contacts as I can find.
You can use the new records I send you as you choose - sales calls, direct mail, email campaigns etc – and as often as you like. (It will be your responsibility to maintain the data once it’s in your ownership.)
The new data I provide will already be in the public domain, not subject to any copyright restrictions and non-opted in.
There’s no charge for trading your contacts through the Email Exchange – it’s an equitable, transparent and straightforward bartering arrangement.
Confidentiality
Neither your name nor any other contact details will be disclosed to any other party involved.
You give me a record, I give you a record
Depending on how strict your selection criteria are, I may be able to exchange contacts with you on a like for like, one for one basis. If for example you’re seeking named contacts in any business sector, of any size, located anywhere in the UK, then it’s likely that for every record you supply, I can give you one record back.
Conversely, if I can only match 20%, 30% or 50% on a like-for-like basis than I’ll destroy 80%, 70% or 50% of the records you’ve passed over to me.
Please keep in mind that you may receive new email contacts from companies you already mail.
