There are occasions when my sources are entirely unable to match certain profiling requirements. Should that happen, I’ll double check with you how strict your selection criteria are and if I still can’t help then I can promise to digitally shred the data you've provided.
With that promise in mind, you may decide to seed your files before you release them.
What I need from you
Every record you wish to exchange must - and I repeat must - contain the following fields:
• the first name (no initials) and last name of the contact
• the website address of the business
• the contact's title
• the name of the business
• the full postal address of the business - including postcode
• the telephone number of the business
• one current non-generic email address
Download a PDF of the required fields, from here.
If you’re looking for new contacts in certain business sectors or locations, then you will also need to provide SIC codes (sections A - Q only) and your geographical requirements. You can also specify the size of the business you prefer in terms of employees or turnover. I’ll do my best to meet your needs but if I can’t, I’ll tell you so.
How I profit from data exchange
I sell the contacts I gather.
Data accuracy
If you know anything about data mining and email marketing, then you’ll appreciate that in terms of accuracy, both are usually from perfect. Depending on when the records were last checked, the chances are that between 15% - 30% of the records I supply – and vice versa - will hard bounce for one reason or another. Furthermore, the employee numbers and turnover filters are likely to be estimates, rather than hard stats and facts obtained from Companies House.
